The terms of our separately consented driver recruiting and Safety text message programs.
G&R Heritage Logistics LLC operates a text message program for people who apply for driving positions with us and for drivers who work with us. Messages relate to your job application and employment: confirming that we received your application, scheduling interviews and orientation, requesting documents we still need, sharing dispatch and scheduling information, and telling you about driving opportunities with our company.
Separately, drivers and employees who opt in may receive individual, manually sent Safety and compliance messages from +1 815-671-4725 about work safety, compliance deadlines, equipment, incidents and urgent operational coordination. This program does not cover recruiting, advertisements or promotional offers. Sensitive medical, drug-test and financial details are not sent by Safety SMS; use secure channels instead. Consent to the recruiting program or to a background check is not consent to Safety texts.
Do not read or reply to messages while driving; stop in a safe, legal place first. SMS is not an emergency channel. For an emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service rather than waiting for a text response.
Neither program sends advertisements for other companies or promotional offers.
You join by checking the optional consent box on our driver application and submitting the form with your mobile number, or by texting us first, or by giving verbal consent to a recruiter during a call and having us record it. Checking the box is entirely optional.
The consent language on the application reads:
By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages (SMS) and telephone calls from G&R Heritage Logistics LLC at the mobile number I provided above, including messages and calls placed using automated technology, about my job application, interview and orientation scheduling, required documents, and driving opportunities. Consent is not a condition of employment, of being considered for a position, or of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help.
You join this separate program only by making an affirmative, optional Safety SMS choice in Fleetbot for your current mobile number. Applicants have a separate checkbox, unchecked by default; existing drivers and employees can choose in their authenticated self-service settings. We record the consent text and version, phone number, source and time. A recruiting checkbox, MVR/PSP authorization, employment agreement or a previously used phone number does not enroll you automatically. You may decline Safety SMS without affecting your employment or ability to work with us; we can use other channels for necessary communications.

The frequency of up to 70 recruiting SMS messages per calendar month applies only after it is expressly disclosed and affirmatively accepted. Earlier opt-ins retain their previously disclosed frequency until updated consent is recorded. Updating these Terms alone does not increase an existing consent's frequency or override STOP.

You can cancel a program at any time by replying STOP to a message from that program. We will send one confirmation message acknowledging that you have opted out, and then stop sending texts from that number. You can also withdraw Safety SMS consent in Fleetbot. A STOP reply to one number does not automatically enroll you in or withdraw you from a different program; contact us to withdraw all SMS consent.
If you want to rejoin the recruiting program later, sign up again through the driver application or text us START. To rejoin Safety SMS after opting out, text START to the Safety number to lift the carrier block and separately give a new affirmative Safety consent in Fleetbot. Both steps are required; START alone does not create that consent. Opting out does not withdraw your job application or affect your candidacy or work. We will use another available channel for necessary communications.

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network and on your device. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. We share your mobile number only with the service providers that deliver our messages, and only so that they can deliver them on our behalf.

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Material changes to how the program works will be communicated to enrolled participants by text message or email before they take effect.
