The terms of our driver recruiting text message program.
G&R Heritage Logistics LLC operates a text message program for people who apply for driving positions with us and for drivers who work with us. Messages relate to your job application and employment: confirming that we received your application, scheduling interviews and orientation, requesting documents we still need, sharing dispatch and scheduling information, and telling you about driving opportunities with our company.
This is not a marketing program. We do not send advertisements for other companies, and we do not send promotional offers.
You join by checking the optional consent box on our driver application and submitting the form with your mobile number, or by texting us first, or by giving verbal consent to a recruiter during a call and having us record it. Checking the box is entirely optional.
The consent language on the application reads:

Consent is not a condition of employment, of being considered for a position, or of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help.

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. We will send one confirmation message acknowledging that you have opted out, and then we will stop sending you texts. If you want to rejoin later, sign up again through the driver application or text us START.
Opting out of text messages does not withdraw your job application and does not affect your candidacy. We will simply contact you by phone or email instead.

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network and on your device. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. We share your mobile number only with the service providers that deliver our messages, and only so that they can deliver them on our behalf.

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Material changes to how the program works will be communicated to enrolled participants by text message or email before they take effect.
