How we collect, use, share and protect the information you give us.
G&R Heritage Logistics LLC (“G&R Heritage Logistics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at https://grhlllc.com, through our driver application, and through our phone and text message communications; how we use that information; and the choices you have. It applies to job applicants, drivers, employees, customers, and visitors to our website.
G&R Heritage Logistics LLC is a limited liability company organized in the State of Illinois, with its principal office at 1333 S Schoolhouse Rd, Ste 124, New Lenox, IL 60451, United States. We are the controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license images, motor vehicle records, or drug and alcohol testing results through this website. If you advance in the hiring process, those items are collected separately through a dedicated employment application and consent process, and are governed by the disclosures provided to you at that time.
We use the information described above to:
We do not sell applicant contact details or text-messaging consent, and we do not use them to send marketing on behalf of another company. The optional Meta Pixel may be considered a sharing of website-visit information for targeted advertising under some privacy laws. It is off unless you expressly allow it.
If you check the optional consent box on our driver application, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) and telephone calls from G&R Heritage Logistics LLC at the mobile number you provided, including messages and calls placed using automated technology, relating to your application and to driving opportunities with us.
Drivers and employees may separately opt in to individual, manually sent, non-marketing Safety and compliance SMS from G&R Heritage Logistics LLC at +1 815-671-4725. These messages may concern work safety, compliance deadlines, equipment, incidents, or urgent operational coordination. We do not put Social Security numbers, medical or test results, or other sensitive records in Safety texts. Existing recruiting SMS consent and MVR/PSP authorizations do not enroll you in this separate program.
Safety SMS consent is an optional, affirmative choice recorded separately in Fleetbot: applicants may use a distinct unchecked checkbox; existing drivers and employees may use their authenticated self-service settings. We record the mobile number, consent text/version, source and time of your choice or withdrawal. Choosing SMS is not required for employment or to work with us; we may use other channels for necessary Safety communications. We do not send Safety texts to a number without separate consent for that number.
Full details for both separately consented programs are set out in our SMS Terms & Conditions.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services to us, such as customer service or message delivery, is permitted solely so that those services can be performed on our behalf. All other categories of information sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We share personal information only in the following circumstances, and always subject to the limitation on mobile information stated in section 4:
The public website stores your optional-tracking choice in your browser. The site and its forms work if you reject optional tracking. We do not load Meta Pixel or make a request to Meta for it before you choose Allow optional tracking. If you allow it, the Pixel sends a PageView only on selected public marketing pages (Home, About and Services). Meta may use cookies, including _fbp and _fbc, to measure visits and support advertising audiences. Meta may receive your IP address, browser information, and the public page address. If you arrived through a tagged advertising link, that address may include the Meta click identifier fbclid and the campaign tags utm_id, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, or utm_content. A same-site referring address may also contain those tags. The Pixel is not installed on the separate driver application platform at apply.grhlllc.com.
Our site code does not pass form fields, application contents, text-message consent, or an application-completion event to Meta. We do not load the Pixel on Careers, Contact, Thank You, or legal pages. To reduce the chance that a link contains personal information, our site blocks the Pixel on addresses with any other query parameter, repeated parameters, fragments, campaign values outside a short ASCII token format, or common phone-number patterns. Advertising tags containing spaces are therefore excluded from measurement. Referring addresses are limited to an untagged external origin or one of the same public marketing pages with only the allowed advertising tags. We disable automatic Pixel configuration in our site code. Browser extensions or your settings may block the Pixel even after you allow it.
Choose Reject optional tracking on the banner, or use the persistent Privacy choices button to change your decision later. Rejecting withdraws future Pixel consent and removes this site's first-party Meta cookies where possible; it cannot erase data already sent. We also keep optional tracking off when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. You may additionally manage cookies in your browser. For questions or requests concerning website-visit data, contact us using section 12.
We keep driver applications and related communications for as long as needed to evaluate your candidacy and for the period required by federal and state record-keeping rules applicable to motor carriers — generally at least three years for applicant records. Records of text messaging consent and any opt-out are kept for as long as we operate the messaging program, so we can honor your choice. Contact-form messages are kept for up to two years. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission of form submissions, access controls limiting who within our company can view applicant records, and vendor agreements requiring confidentiality. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may at any time:
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws — including the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Optional Meta Pixel sharing is off by default; use Privacy choices to keep it off or withdraw permission. To exercise any other right, contact us using the details in section 12. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.
Our website and services are directed to commercial drivers and business customers and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice on the website. Optional tracking still requires your separate choice.
