This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at https://grhlllc.com, through our driver application, and through our phone and text message communications; how we use that information; and the choices you have. It applies to job applicants, drivers, customers, and visitors to our website.

1. Who we are

G&R Heritage Logistics LLC is a limited liability company organized in the State of Illinois, with its principal office at 1333 S Schoolhouse Rd, Ste 124, New Lenox, IL 60451, United States. We are the controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly

• Contact details — your name, email address, mobile telephone number, city and ZIP code.
• Driver qualification details — CDL class and endorsements, years of driving experience, the position you are applying for, your earliest available start date, and any notes you choose to include.
• Communication preferences — whether you have consented to receive text messages and calls, and the date and time you gave or withdrew that consent.
• Messages you send us — the content of emails, contact-form submissions, text messages and voice calls between you and us.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data — IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, and the pages you view on our site, collected through standard web server logs.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license images, motor vehicle records, or drug and alcohol testing results through this website. If you advance in the hiring process, those items are collected separately through a dedicated employment application and consent process, and are governed by the disclosures provided to you at that time.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• review, process and respond to your driver application;
• contact you about interviews, orientation, required documents and the status of your application;
• answer questions you submit through our contact form, by email or by phone;
• arrange and manage freight transportation services for our customers;
• maintain records required by the U.S. Department of Transportation, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and other applicable law;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve our website; and
• comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send you marketing on behalf of any other company.

4. Text messaging and calls

If you check the optional consent box on our driver application, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) and telephone calls from G&R Heritage Logistics LLC at the mobile number you provided, including messages and calls placed using automated technology, relating to your application and to driving opportunities with us.

• Consent is optional. It is not a condition of employment, of being considered for any position, or of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies depending on the stage of your application.
• Message and data rates may apply, according to your plan with your mobile carrier.
• You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages after that.
• Reply HELP to any message, or email general@grhlllc.com, for assistance.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How we share information

We share personal information only in the following circumstances, and always subject to the limitation on mobile information stated in section 4:

• Service providers. Companies that operate our website hosting, form processing, email delivery, telephone and text messaging infrastructure, and applicant record-keeping. They may use the information only to provide those services to us.
• Customers and business partners. Where necessary to arrange or complete a shipment — for example, providing a driver's first name and contact number to a facility for a scheduled pickup.
• Legal and safety. Where we are required to disclose information by law, subpoena, or regulatory obligation, or where disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of any person.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, in which case the recipient will remain bound by this policy with respect to information it receives.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses only the cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function and for our forms to work. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not permit third parties to track you across other websites through our site. Your browser can be set to refuse cookies; the site will still work, though some form submissions may not.

7. How long we keep information

We keep driver applications and related communications for as long as needed to evaluate your candidacy and for the period required by federal and state record-keeping rules applicable to motor carriers — generally at least three years for applicant records. Records of text messaging consent and any opt-out are kept for as long as we operate the messaging program, so we can honor your choice. Contact-form messages are kept for up to two years. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.

8. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission of form submissions, access controls limiting who within our company can view applicant records, and vendor agreements requiring confidentiality. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights and choices

You may at any time:

• ask us what personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• ask us to delete your information, subject to record-keeping obligations that apply to motor carriers;
• withdraw your consent to text messages by replying STOP, or to calls by telling us during any call or in writing; and
• unsubscribe from any email we send by using the link in that email.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws — including the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any right, contact us using the details in section 12. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.

10. Children's privacy

Our website and services are directed to commercial drivers and business customers and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice on the website. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
